My Story

Birdsong Yoga Therapy was born from lived experience. In the midst of personal grief and years of working as a scientist, I turned to yoga not just as exercise — but as a lifeline. What I discovered was its profound ability to calm the nervous system, ease pain, and create space for healing from the inside out.

Today, I blend evidence-based understanding with the depth of yogic practice to support those navigating grief, chronic pain, neurological challenges, menopause, and life transitions. My approach is personal, compassionate, and grounded in both science and heart — so you feel supported, empowered, and never alone on your path to healing.
