This is a holistic approach to healing from a death-related or other significant loss. Together, we will create a safe space to explore your grief, find moments of peace, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided practices, reflection, and compassionate support, you’ll learn to navigate loss at your own pace.

The more fiercely you love, the more intensely you may experience your grief. Grief is complex, and we all grieve in our own unique way. 

Grief affects us physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually, and each person experiences grief in their own way. As each person is unique, so the pathway to healing should also be unique.

Transform Grief Through Yoga 6-Month Program

In this program, I assess each person individually and offer appropriate yogic tools to meet their specific needs to shift towards a more balanced state. Yogic practices include somatic movements, yoga postures, emotional discharge exercises, breath techniques, mantra, mudra, mental concentration exercises, and meditation.

• 90-minute Yoga Therapy Assessment Session
• Personalized Yoga Therapy Treatment Plan
• Ten (10) 75-minute Yoga Therapy sessions
• Monthly virtual check-ins
• Handouts and pre-recorded audio/video practices
• Worksheets and journaling exercises to support grief processing
