Grief is a natural response
The more fiercely you love, the more intensely you may experience your grief. Grief is complex, and we all grieve in our own unique way.
Grief affects us physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually, and each person experiences grief in their own way. As each person is unique, so the pathway to healing should also be unique.
Introducing
In this program, I assess each person individually and offer appropriate yogic tools to meet their specific needs to shift towards a more balanced state. Yogic practices include somatic movements, yoga postures, emotional discharge exercises, breath techniques, mantra, mudra, mental concentration exercises, and meditation.
